Each Dish profile focuses on what diners care about most—the food, the experience, and what makes your restaurant distinctive. These profiles are designed to be enjoyed and shared, positioning your restaurant as a place worth visiting, revisiting, and recommending. Dish profiles are limited and scheduled annually. Noteworthy features may also be included as earned media within a Hinsdale Magazine Group Annual Partnership Package.  

To participate in The Dish, please note the following timelines:

• Space reservation deadline: Monday, June 1, 2026

• Ad materials deadline: Wednesday, June 10, 2026
